one-hundred-and-eighty-three: veil

“Lift the veil that obscures the heart, and there you will find what you are looking for.” – Kabir

one-hundred-and-eighty-two: train

My mother used to say…”Sometimes the wrong train will get you to the right station”

one-hundred-and-eighty: waste

“You can be the most beautiful person in the world and everybody sees light and rainbows when they look at you, but if you yourself don’t know it, all of that doesn’t even matter. Every second that you spend on doubting your worth, every moment that you use to criticize yourself; is a second of your life wasted, is a moment of your life thrown away. It’s not like you have forever, so don’t waste any of your seconds, don’t throw even one of your moments away.”

one-hundred-and-seventy-nine: sync

the universe is always in sync with what is meant to be, do not resist, go along with the flow, embrace it, you never know what you will learn or experience…

one-hundred-and-seventy-eight: mixed

“Don’t let the mixed signals fool you. Indecision is a decision.”

one-hundred-and-seventy-seven: sick

I have fallen sick – and I think it’s my body telling me something. I’ve got tonsillitis and a fever – ouch! In today’s fast paced society, we forget to slow down and I think this is my body’s way of telling me to relax, take it easy and slow down. Listen to your body. I am guilty of using my mind to bypass my body. It takes two to tango.
